Items can be collected from the Bonded Shop, or from any Students' Union office during office hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm), or can be posted to any address in the UK. If you require overseas postage, please contact suonlineshop@sunderland.ac.uk for a postage quote.
When collecting your item, you will be required to show your purchase receipt. No goods will be issued without this proof of purchase.
Inputting delivery/billing address - important instructions
It is not possible to use the 'edit' feature displayed during the add-to-cart/checkout process to change or add an address...If you're a current student you'll need to register for the Oncampus network to use the shop - please signup for the network
Your delivery / billing addresses can only be amended through your 'My Account' options by clicking the "View or change entries in my address book."
If you are not a student you can input your delivery/billing address during the purchasing
If you register and save your address, you must use 'My Account' to amend addresses, or input alternative address
